3. Age Restriction and Verification

4. Account Obligations and Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once through multiple registrations are strictly prohibited.
- Promotional offers are valid for the duration specified in the applicable promotion page. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
7. Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on the det333 Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a wager or participating in any game, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final, subject only to the dispute resolution process described below.

det333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any balance or pending winnings, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
- Confirmed or suspected engagement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity using the det333 Platform.
- Confirmed or suspected underage access in violation of the 18+ age restriction.
- Confirmed holding of multiple accounts in breach of the single-account rule.
- Systematic exploitation of bonus or promotion structures in violation of the bonus terms.
- Confirmed engagement in match-fixing, arbitrage, or collusion activities.
- Any action that, in det333's reasonable assessment, poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to the Platform.
Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from det333 under the Responsible Gaming programme may request account closure as part of that process.
